Byte uses it own proprietary tool called “OASIS” for process transitioning. "OASIS" creates an environment for seamless transition. It stands for Observation, Analysis, Seamless Migration, Implementation and Synergetic Execution.

Stage 1: Observation
During this stage, a team from Byte engages in an ongoing process with the client to observe the client’s internal business process(es). This stage generally occurs at client’s site. During this stage, we deploy our domain specialist/ business analysts to engage and understand the existing business process.

Stage 2: Analysis
The Analysis stage of the transition process is a vital stage in the transition methodology. During this stage the Domain Specialist/ Business Analyst puts together a detailed process flow document based on his/her understanding of the business process observed during the observation stage of the process. This detailed process chart helps us identify the specific activities to be outsourced and the knowledge requirements at each stage. Process Analysis also helps in training and institutionalizing the knowledge, which is covered in the next stage of the process.

Stage 3: Seamless Migration
This stage involves training and Knowledge Transfer. Our understanding in the first two stages helps us put together the training modules for our offshore team. In addition to our continuous training in Fixed Income domain, it is also important to look at the trainings in the specific individual processes required by the client. Though training is a continuous activity in Byte, we exercise Knowledge Transfer on a project basis.

Stage 4: Implementation
This is the stage where we implement the clients’ processes in Byte. Various test processes are conducted to make sure that we have a seamless delivery methodology in place. Defining the functional requirements becomes of utmost importance for this stage.

Stage 5: Synergetic Execution
In this stage, we ensure continuous and seamless delivery in synergy with clients’ in-house processes. Byte works like the subset of its clients’ operations. We ensure that efficient use of resources is made to create synergetic benefits in the final output. Quality checks are a part of this stage and ensure process delivery to clients’ satisfaction.
