Rak Chugh is a co-founder of Byte Consulting Inc, New York, a US research, technology and analytics firm, which focuses on the fixed-income capital markets. Before co-founding Byte Consulting Inc, he was the head of a fixed-income structuring group at Lehman, New York. During his career at Lehman, Mr. Chugh led his team in structuring and pricing asset-backed securities. The majority of the group’s transactions were real-estate asset-backed financing including residential and commercial asset-backed transactions. Before joining Lehman, he was at Prudential Securities, New York, where he led the product development and analytics group responsible for primary-market fixed-income needs with a focus on the real estate capital markets. Mr. Chugh graduated from Middlebury College, USA with a bachelor's degree in Economics and a concentration in Intensive Physics. Prior to Middlebury College, he was at The Doon School, India.

Thomas Loop spent ten years in the Financial Strategies Group at Prudential Securities before joining Byte Consulting. He led a software development group responsible for proprietary models and databases for all areas of Fixed Income Trading. In addition, he also worked closely with other groups, including Investment Banking and Equities, on solutions such as designing and developing databases for Prudential Securities Equity Indices. Thomas also spent three years at the Securities Industry Automation Corp., a joint subsidiary of the NYSE and the American Stock Exchange, where he designed new networked computer software systems for the trading floors of the two exchanges. Prior to SIAC, Thomas had a brief stint at Digital Equipment, concentrating on providing software services to the financial industry. He earned a B.S.E. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Princeton University.

Lokesh Chugh, has more than 15 years of experience in the sales and business development function. He currently manages Byte’s Global Business Development & Sales function involving North America, Europe and Asia. Prior to joining Byte, Lokesh was the cofounder of Ditium Technologies Pte Ltd, a company headquartered in Singapore that develops Communication Middleware Solutions for the Financial Services and FMCG industries. Lokesh has an MBA from UWA in Australia, and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Delhi University.
